Building Envelope Commissioning In Construction

In this course we will:

• Review the Cx process (the process is the same whether you are commissioning the MEP systems or the envelope).
• Receive “hands on” experience with each of the functional tests that are commonly included in the BECx process (window testing, roof uplift, blower door, and more).
• Receive a sample BECx plan.
• Share the ever popular “lessons learned” from projects that did not successfully manage risk (names changed to protect the guilty).
