This course titled Building Envelope Commissioning in Construction is the first module in a four-part series geared towards the development of Building Envelope Risk Managers. In this course we will
- Review the Cx process (the process is the same whether you are commissioning the MEP systems or the envelope).
- Receive “hands on” experience with each of the functional tests that are commonly included in the BECx process (window testing, roof uplift, blower door, and more).
- Receive a sample BECx plan.
- Share the ever popular “lessons learned” from projects that did not successfully manage risk (names changed to protect the guilty).
